'RHOA' Transgender Star Amiyah Scott Shocking Arrest Record Revealed!
MStars News has learned that RHOA rookie and transgender star, Amiyah Scott, doesn't quite have a clean past. According to Radar Online, Scott has a shocking arrest record that is now being revealed! The infamous gossip site claims that Scott has a number of past arrest including fraud, theft and more. Police reports show that Scott's old name was Arthur Roy Scott III. In March 2006, Scott was arrested by the Fulton County Police Department in Georgia where he was charged with felony theft when he received a stolen vehicle. Scott was arrested after the car the reality star was driving came back as stolen. A police officer pulled the man turned woman over for failing to stop at a traffic signal. Scott underwent a Pre Trial Intervention instead of going to trial during that run in with the law. In 2007, a warrant was issued for Scott on first degree counts of forgery. She was booked by the East Point Police Department in Georgia a few months later on that charge. The forgery trouble all started when she purchased a Yorkshire terrier dog from someone and wrote a bad check to buy the dog using the name Kim Xerogeanes. According to the report, the victim discovered that the bad check was stolen. The wasn't the first time Scott pulled that trick. Another victim was able to help police crack down on Scott with tag numbers where she was listed as the suspect in "two other similar dog thefts," the documents read. At that time, the officer working the case learned that Scott "was going through the process of being a transsexual," which explained why Scott fooled her victims because he "dressed as a woman."
After getting busted, Scott's mom refunded the first victim their money, but a case was still brought against her and she negotiated a plea deal.
It seems the transgender loves trouble because she was once again arrested in 2009 when she went by the name of Adrienne Scott-Berry for a misdemeanor of simple assault after getting into a dispute with her neighbor.
That police report revealed that the neighbor said, "Scott threatened to kick his a**... and walked towards him in an intimidating manner as if she was going to hit him." The neighbor allegedly "feared for his safety."
The RHOA star's assault charge was dismissed.
With all of this history, was NeNe Leakes right about Scott? Is the RHOA rookie "all lies?"
