Michael B. Jordan, Kendall Jenner Dating? 'Creed' Film Star Addresses Rumors in GQ
Rumors have been surfacing that Michael B. Jordan and Kendall Jenner are dating, and the Creed star finally addressed the couple speculation in GQ. The Hollywood star has been linked to the young model ever since they were spotted leaving a Met Gala after party back in May of this year.
The two weren’t holding hands or displaying any affection, but social media did go into a frenzy, speculating that the two might have started up a fling, and fans of the actor were not too happy about it. In a new interview, accompanying his cover with GQ, Jordan finally addresses the dating rumors with the reality starlet, which he shoots down.
"It's the world we live in. They see white and black. I don't. Kendall's a friend of mine, you know. I don't know her, like, that well, but I know her enough,” he tells the magazine.
Jordan continues, "People's perspective on that is what it is. I don't f*cking know. I don't live my life to make other people happy. It's so weird, though, right? A lot of black fans were feeling like 'Oh, my god, he should have been with a black woman' and that whole thing.”
It turns out that Jordan isn’t exactly looking for a relationship at the time, and is strictly focusing on his acting career.
"I try and be focused. I told myself at a young age that I would sacrifice all my twenties to my work. I'm 28. I've got a year and a half left," he shares.
"I understand what females want and need, you know. I'm good at that. I don't know if I'm the guy to give it to them right now," he admits. "I'm emotionally unavailable. Until I find something that's so undeniable that I can't help myself," he explains. "A lot of females don't agree with this agenda,” he explains.
It looks like the right woman to come along is going to have to blow Jordan away. For now, he is set to star in the upcoming film, Creed, which continues the Rocky series.
