The first season finale of Mr. Robot just aired on USA Network. In the upcoming Season 2, will Mr. Robot (Christian Slater) and Elliot (Rami Malek) learn more about "the narcissistic side" of Tyrell Wellick (Martin Wallström)'s wife, Joanna (Stephanie Corneliussen)?

In our previous recap, Elliot revisited his childhood with Mr. Robot, who is indeed his dead father. While Angela and Darlene looked for him, Elliot found himself staring at his father's tombstone. Fired from Evil Corp, Tyrell then paid a visit to Elliot and revealed how he committed the murder. After Elliot showed him FSociety's Coney Island hideout, Tyrell knew the two of them would be working together.

In our season finale recap, an Evil Corp executive blew his brains out on live television as FSociety launched its hack attack, eliminating the world's debt and spread its message viral. While Elliot was searching for Tyrell throughout the city, Angela was being seduced by the power and wealth of Evil Corp. Unable to control his hallucinations, Mr. Robot took full control of Elliot and gave him orders to follow.

In the post-credits scene, while someone was knocking on Elliot's door, we discovered the White Rose (B.D. Wong) was playing both sides as he was seen at a gathering for Evil Corp.

In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, creator/showrunner Sam Esmail teased what's in store for Tyrell, "A lot of that kicks into gear next season, but in the finale, as things sort of collide, it's going to be less about Tyrell and Joanna's relationship and more about Tyrell and Elliot. Next season is when we see the rise of Joanna in a much more dynamic way."

Esmail then compares Tyrell and Elliot, "I think they're actually just both very damaged people, and they've both been motivated by very different things," and then adds, "But the interesting thing is that you could think that's a clear-cut thing, where you think one is good and one is bad. That's not really the case. It gets murky on both ends, and both sides of the coin can actually reveal a lot of narcissism. So I'd say that's how we're going to keep Tyrell - as marquee as possible."

As we previously mentioned, at the 2015 New York Comic Con, there will be a Colony Screening and Q&A followed by Mr. Robot Panel with the cast and crew on Friday, October 9. Taking the stage.

Mr. Robot will return to USA Network for the second season.
