Taylor Swift, Harry Styles, BRIT Awards, One Direction: Pop Star Exes "Kept Well Apart" at Tonight BRITS, Do We Want To See An Awkward Run-in?

Tonight's BRIT Awards is turning out to be quite the star-studded event but all eyes are on Taylor Swift and ex-boyfriend Harry Styles of One Direction since both are scheduled to perform. Now sources are reporting that the two have dressing rooms on opposite sides of the O2 Arena in London. The 23-year-old country starlet will be located around Justin Timberlake, Mumford & Sons, and Robbie Williams, where as the 19-year-old Styles will be in a large dressing room with the rest of his One Direction band members in a very secluded area.

Within the one month after the two broke up, Taylor Swift has written a new song, performed an old song at the Grammy Awards, and shot a music video for her new song. These might just seem like normal things for a singer to do, but they all are tied together by the fact that each one of these actions was and attack on the One Direction singer. The song, "I Knew You Were Trouble," apparently tells the story of the break up and Swift's resulting feelings. This is not exactly a new songwriting tactic for the songstress (see all of her other songs). Also, during her Grammy Awards opening number, "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together," Swift called out Styles in the spoken-word bridge. She was starting to get a little obvious about her feelings towards Styles, but topped it all off when she shot the music video for "I Knew You Were Trouble." This time she dressed just like the British pop star as she mouthed the words to the song about him. So it seems like a run-in at the BRITS could be a little awkward.

Harry has pretty much moved on with his life after splitting with Swift. He even commented on a London radio show that he saw the Grammys performance and enjoyed it, saying:

"She's a great performer and she always performs great. She's always good on the stage. She's been doing it a long time. She knows what she's doing on stage. It was just another good Taylor Swift performance. It was good. I understand why people would want to know stuff like that, I get it. If someone does stuff like that then I want to know about it, too. I guess it just kind of. . . It is what it is, I guess."

So there is a chance that a run in could turn into a civilized talk by how Harry has been handling everything but that's not what we want, is it? We want the drama! I guess we'll just have to tune in tonight to see how it plays out.
