Meanwhile, 27-year-old Twigs continues waiting for her perfect "dream" wedding - but are her wishes and demands still too expensive for her British beau? An alleged magazine insider reveals that "Robert is beyond cheap. If he doesn't have to spend money, he absolutely won't."

In fact, he's "skipped out" on paying the bill on more than one occasion because he just "didn't want to" spend the extra cash.
