'Graceland' Season 4 AXED! Aaron Tveit/Daniel Sunjata Mike Warren/Paul Briggs Show Cancelled!
The Season 3 finale of Graceland ended on a cliffhanger on USA Network. Unfortunately, Season 4 has been cancelled and viewers won't know about the undercover drama between Mike Warren (Aaron Tveit) and Paul Briggs (Daniel Sunjata) after the Dale Jakes (Brandon Jay McLaren) twist!
In our previous recap, while Charlie (Vanessa Ferlito) caught Dale Jakes (Brandon Jay McLaren) lying about his newfound love, Courtney, Mike was racing against the clock. As Briggs orchestrated the gang war, Martun (Peter Stromare) was driven to buy the sarin gas from Gusti (Mahedi Rakib). Not only did Johnny (Manny Montana) shot Paul in the leg, Mike was able to put down Martun before he unleashed the gas.
In our finale recap, while Ari Adamian (Rhys Coiro) sought after Paul, Mike hesitated about committing perjury on the stand, which meant bringing down the Graceland land. Realizing he might have to go to jail, Dale took a drastic turn and shaved his long locks. Mike made the decision though to lie to save an innocent man's life. After Paul killed Ari in cold, he returned home to find Dale on the run with the stolen money and Courtney by his side.
According to Deadline, USA has unfortunately chosen not to order a fourth season of the gritty drama. Graceland was followed by Complications, from Burn Notice creator Matt Nix, which was also given the axe. Creator Jeff Eastin can now add Graceland and White Collar to his list of his shows cancelled.
Eastin tweeted the news and states, "@jeffeastin Just got the word, there will be no more #GracelandTV. Thank you to the best cast, crew and fans in television."
Sources thought state that even though USA Network enjoyed working Eastin and having Graceland on the lineup, the ratings did not justify to keep the show going.
Though Graceland will be missing, there will be a season 2 of Mr. Robot, season 6 of Suits, a 2016 premiere date for Colony, and Chrisley Knows Best returns next month with new freshmen comedy, Donny.
