Grace Gealey Shows Engagement Ring from 'Empire' Costar Trai Byers on 'FABLife' [PHOTO]

Empire's Grace Gealey and Trai Byers are really engaged! Gealey, who plays Anika Calhoun in the Fox musical primetime soap opera drama series, confirmed that she will be walking down the aisle sometime soon to her costar, and showed off her engagement ring.

During an interview with Tyra Banks on her new show, FABLife, Gealey flashed her ring while talking about flings on the set of a show, and dating coworkers.

"I think that if two people are mature and are able to understand that if this doesn't work out...first I'm not a fan of flings when you work, because that's where it gets a little dangerous."

Gealey said, "if you want to have flings in real life that's fine. I think when you do get involved at your workplace you have to know that this is something that you want to be invested in and that this is not something that is misleading and to have the maturity to know that if this doesn't work out you're not going to throw staplers at the other person."

After talking about love during work, Banks noted that Gealey found love while working on Empire.

Gealey made it clear that she and her man were "For real, for real. Not a fling," she said as she waved around the sparkly rock while the audience cheered and clapped.

"You're engaged?" Banks asked. "I'm engaged," Gealey replied. "Have you told anybody this?" Banks asked the actress. "I just did!" Gealey said with excitement.

MStars News previously learned, that Gealey and Byers were a rumored couple after the two were spotted at a wedding of a friend getting real close with each other.

We also learned that the two were reportedly engaged when Byers popped the question during a birthday dinner celebration for Gealey. The actress turned 31-years-old back in July and got a diamond! "He surprised her on her birthday," a source previously stated. "He popped the question and she was totally surprised and elated. She can't stop looking at the ring! They celebrated all night."
