Black Ink Crew's Sky got more work done in addition to her Brazilian butt lift and she's flaunting it all!

Saturday, Sky posted an Oct" src=""/platform.instagram.com/en_US/embeds.js">">Instagram video thanking all her fans hat supported her on her journey to transforming her body, "Thank you for all your well wishes, I really appreciate it. I am on my way to doctor Miami right now for my post-op check up, so go to his Snapchat right now."

First, fans believed that the hilarious reality star was only getting her derriere done, until she appeared on Dr. Miami's Snapchat with a new pair of large breasts.

Recently, the photo uploaded by Dr. Michael Salzhauer shows the crazy before and after picture of the reality star's derriere and some curious fans got a chance to watch the procedure take place on Snapchat.

The VH1 star was very vocal about getting her Brazilian butt lift and brought fans along to her consultation telling cameras, "I may not seem the type of woman that would go into cosmetic surgery but that what God put doctors here for to help you with the shit that you're lacking."

In the same scene she explained that she wanted to get the surgery to become a better person and revealed that her body may have looked immature because she had children at a young age.

"I really been taking this journey on changing myself as a person. Just trying to be a positive person and change the way I'm looked at and perceived," she said.
