2 Chainz Welcomes First Son, Halo: Newborn Joins Big Sisters Heaven & Harmony [PHOTO]

2 Chainz is probably one excited father. The rapper welcomed his first son, Halo, who is joining big sisters Heaven and Harmony, and the rest of celebrity babies born in 2015. The infant was born on Wednesday, October 14 according to the rapper's social media post.

In the Instagram photo below, 2 Chainz captioned the black and white photo: "He's here and I'm thankful 10/14/15."

The rapper also tweeted an announcement about the birth of his son. "In car geekin one gettin ready for the arrival of Halo," Chainz, whose real name is Tauheed Epps wrote.

The delivery of his son wasn't all peaches and cream. Before his son arrived, Chainz posted another photo of himself in a hoodie in the middle of the night showing that the main entrance to the hospital was closed for the night (a standard practice in many areas to increase security). As a result, he rushed his family through the emergency room to get his longtime girlfriend, Nakesha Ward, checked in for labor and delivery.

"This that look when the hospital closed and you gotta walk through emergency when it's bunkin....ps. my Lil man on the way ... God is good," the rapper wrote.

Chainz always posts pictures of his family including the snapshot of his two daughters seen below, so we are sure he we will be seeing more photos of his new son very soon.

Chainz made it clear that he was excited for his first son's arrival. He even made a song named after the newborn baby on his mixtape Trapavelli Tre. Check out the tunes below, which also features his two girls.
