The CW network continues with Season 2 of The Flash. In tonight's Episode 3, will Lisa Snart/Golden Glider (Peyton List) need Barry Allen (Grant Gustin)'s help to be fast enough to save her brother Leonard Snart aka Captain Cold (Wentworth Miller)?

In our previous recap, time has passed since the singularity almost swallowed up Central City. Unfortunately, there were casualties that plagued the scarlet speedster since his latest victory. Running out of time, with the Flash exhausting his powers, Ronnie Raymond (Robbie Amell) and Martin Stein merged together once more to become Firestorm. After blowing themselves up, Barry could only save Martin as Caitlin lost her true love again.

In our recent recap, Jay Garrick (Teddy Sears), the Silver Age Flash, made his introduction and warned Barry about Zoom (Tony Todd). Barry was just as reluctant to work with Jay as Joe West (Jesse L. Martin) was unwilling to partner up with Patty. While Barry partnered up with Jay to take on the Sand Demon, Joe realized he needed a new member for his metahuman task force. Barry and Jay teamed up rescuing Patty in the nick of time from their common enemy. Unfortunately, their victory came with a cost as Martin suffered a stroke and collapsed.

In an interview with Comic Book Resources, List reveals what's coming up, with Lisa's father, Lewis, showing up, "We know from what was established on this version of "The Flash" that it's a very strenuous relationship with their father, but it's not really touched on in the episode. We talk about him. We know that he's out there, there's probably some bad blood and not much more than that. You actually do get to meet their father and it answers a lot of questions. It also expands on the story. It's an ever-evolving relationship and a lot of things happen in that episode that really crystalizes what that relationship actually is like."

In an interview with TV Line, Shantel VanSanten adds if Patty Spivot will meet Joe's ex wife, Francine, "Of course, she's going to sense that things are off - and Patty isn't one who shies away from prying. I also think that Joe's a very guarded person, so it's going to take some time to get him to open him up, whereas with Barry and her, they kind of just hit it off."

The Flash continues Season 2 on Tuesdays at 8pm.
