The final games of the 2015 MLB postseason are fast approaching - and things are finally heating-up!

The Kansas City Royals take the field against the Toronto Blue Jays in pivotal Game 5 of the American League Championship Series on Wednesday, October 21 at 4:07 p.m. EST from Rogers Centre in Ontario. Read on to see where fans can watch and listen to a live stream of the highly-anticipated division championship ballgame online - also catch up-to-date feeds and coverage on highlight plays and scores.

Kansas City leads the current series 3-1. Toronto must snag another win this afternoon in order to keep the ALCS alive. If not, the Royals will later compete in the World Series.

Toronto cinched the ALDS against the Texas Rangers, while Kansas City snagged a victory over the Houston Astros. The New York Mets (now leading 3-0) will face-off against the Chicago Cubs in Game 4 of the NLCS on Wednesday evening.

Check out these five "bold" (and somewhat amusing) predictions about Game 5 via RantSports.com:

5. Marco Estrada Dominates Kansas City, Tosses Seven Scoreless Innings -

Marco Estrada's been Toronto's unsung hero all season and gave the Blue Jays a chance in Game 1, tossing 5.1 innings while allowing just three runs. At home in the pitcher-friendly confines of the Rogers Centre, Estrada will step up with a huge performance in a must-win situation, finishing with seven scoreless innings and six strikeouts.

4. Lorenzo Cain, Eric Hosmer and Kendrys Morales Go A Combined 0-12 -

With a chance to clinch a World Series berth, Lorenzo Cain, Eric Hosmer and Kendrys Morales will choke under pressure, going a combined 0-12. In the playoffs, if the heart of your order doesn't produce, there's a good chance you're going to lose, and Game 5 will be no exception to that rule.

3. Blue Jays Tattoo Edinson Volquez For Six Runs -

Edinson Volquez dominated the Toronto Blue Jays in Game 1 of the ALCS, tossing six scoreless innings and giving up just two hits while striking out five. But don't expect a similar scenario to unfold in Game 5, as the Blue Jays' big bats cannot be quieted twice in a series by the same pitcher. Toronto will jump on the Royals early, and ultimately knock Volquez out of the game in the third inning after bludgeoning him for six runs.

2. Josh Donaldson Clobbers Home Run, Tallies Five RBI -

Josh Donaldson played MVP-caliber baseball in his first campaign with the Blue Jays and will refuse to let his team be eliminated on its home turf. Donaldson is going to pulverize Edinson Volquez's fastball early on for a home run and add two doubles throughout this contest for a total of five RBI.

1. Toronto Staves Off Elimination With 11-2 Win -

The Blue Jays are just too good of a club to go down without a fight on their home turf. Expect an awakening of their offense, led by the huge showing from the aforementioned Josh Donaldson. An early lead will allow Marco Estrada to work through Kansas City's order with reduced pressure, and Toronto will coast to an 11-2 win to force Game 6 in Kansas City.
