Tanning Mom Patricia Krentcil Cleared from Child Endangerment Charges & Will Tan On.. "Cha-Ching"

Patricia Krentcil, better known as New Jersey's infamous 'Tanning Mom', will not face child endangerment charges for allegedly bringing her daughter into a tanning booth last year.

Accoroding to ABC News, a Newark, NJ grand jury refused to indict "crispy" Krentcil on Tuesday who was arrested last April for supposedly violating a NJ state law banning children under age 14 from using tanning salons.

The police became involved after school officials noticed burns on the legs of Krentcil's then-5-year-old daughter, but her mother claimed they were from swimming outside and that she never put the child in a tanning bed.

After she was first arrested, Krentcil told NBC New York that she treated her tanning salon trips as an "errand" in which she brings along her daughter. She insisted that the girl was never exposed to the booth's dangerous UV rays.

"We presented all the available evidence in the case to the grand jury, both the state's evidence and the defense's evidence," said Assistant Essex County Prosecutor Gina Iosim. "The grand jurors voted not to indict Mrs. Krentcil. We respect their decision."

The 44-year-old Nutley, NJ mom celebrated her victory by yelling: "cha-ching!" at reporters and scolding them to get off of her property.

She says her life has been "a living hell" since the arrest, and she plans to move to London for a year to "decompress" while her husband and kids stay in New Jersey, according to Asbury Park Press.

When asked what she learned from the whole episode, the badly bronzed mom responded, "People suck."

"Yeah I like to tan. I don't think that's a crime. And I still like to tan." Krentcil said in a true "tanning mom" nature.

Have fun in overcast London, Tanning Mom! I'm sure your peculiar skin complexion won't stick out at all amongst the rainy city dwellers.
