The hottest member of 98 Degrees, Nick Lachey, puts his boy band's comeback on the back burner while he focuses on his own baby boy, Camden, who was welcomed into the world last September. Using his precious son Camden as his inspiration, the soulful singer created his first ever lullaby album entitled "A Father's Lullaby," which will be released in March.

Lachey revealed this announcement to his fans via Twitter on February 26th:

"So excited for you all to hear my new album 'A Father's Lullaby.' Camden is the best muse a father could ask for!" Nick tweeted.

"When I first learned that I was going to be a father, I was inspired to create a special tribute to my son...Music has always been an incredibly significant part of my life and a meaningful way in which I express myself. Creating this album allowed me to further connect with Camden while also sharing the experience with families who are on a similar journey of welcoming a new life into their world." Lachey stated in a release according to E! News.

This soothing album will feature 12 songs, four of which are original tracks that the 98 Degrees star co-wrote, including "Father's Lullaby". The "heart-throb" turned "sweetheart" wrote the song as a "loving tribute" to both Nick's father John and to his new son, representing the "passing of love from generation to generation."  The album will also feature classics like "You Are My Sunshine" and "Brahms Lullaby."

Camden is the first child for Lachey and his TV personality wife Vanessa Lachey (maiden name Milano), who said "I do" back in July 2011.

The lullaby album, released in partnership with toy brand Fisher-Price, will be available on iTunes and Amazon on March 13 and in stores in April, according to Reuters. I'm sure ex-wife Jessica Simpson will be running to the nearest store to pick up a copy for her newborn baby...

As family comes first for Lachey, the release of his lullabies will debut before his recently reunited boy band's new album "2.0" in May. Baby Camden will still get to be sung to sleep by his dad even while Lachey is away on the upcoming summer tour with 98 Degrees, New Kids on the Block and Boyz II Men.
