Oppenheimer is getting dressed as his mistress (Fiona Dourif) is the bathtub. The mistress wants him to play a little bit of kinky foreplay. She smiles at Oppenheimer as he pushes her down into the water.
The cell doors open and Frank finds himself with new clothes. The warden wants him to get changed and meet his visitor. In his new clothes, Frank sees his wife, Liza Winter (Olivia Williams), waiting for him. Frank is finally reunited with Liza as he runs towards her.
Abby ends up meeting Kitty (Neve Campbell) at the hospital. With the nurses buys, Abby crushes a spider with her bare hand. Kitty is going through intense labor without her husband by her side. While Oppenheimer continues to stay with his mistress, Jim listens as the pressure is getting to Charlie as he runs the entire project alone.
Meanwhile, Frank and Liza are back arguing with each other about secrets and keeping the truth hidden. Col. Emmett Darrow (William Petersen) warns Charlie to compose himself, now that he is in charge while Oppenheimer is away. Helen Prins (Katja Herbers) watches Paul Crosley (Harry Lloyd) take the job she wanted for herself.
Jim Meeks (Christopher Denham) then tells Nora (Mamie Gummer) how the project is falling apart between Charlie and Oppenheimer. It will only end in betrayal, like in the Shakespeare tragedy. After talking about Julius Cesar, Nora continues with her seduction of Meeks.
Charlie discovers Oppenheimer is actually back from his trip. The two argue whether or not Charlie wants his job. In the end, Oppenheimer just wants to leave the project and run back to his mistress, even though his wife is in labor.
After speaking with Kitty, Charlie then meets with Emmett, who already knows about the mistress. If Oppenheimer leaves the project, Charlie shows Darrow how much money they plan to lose. Darrow has to somehow convince Oppenheimer to stay onboard the project.
Abby makes a call to Oppenheimer's mistress, pretending to be Kitty. The mistress didn't know that the wife was pregnant and having a baby. Abby tells the mistress to never see Oppenheimer again and hangs up on her. She then visits Kitty in the hospital but the two are unable to say anything to each other after the baby is the born.
As Liz pulls the car over, Frank tells his wife he's sorry. He apologizes for keeping the truth from her and making the decision himself alone. But now, he is asking for her help. What should he do?
Oppenheimer makes a call to his mistress and discovers the police picking up. His mistress had drowned herself in the bathtub. Charlie walks in on Oppenheimer, who;s still grieving over his loss. He then shuts the door on Charlie.
Frank finally shows himself in front of Charlie, catching him by surprise.
