Jamie Lynn Spears Engaged to Boyfriend Jamie Watson; See Britney's Baby Sister's Gorgeous Wedding Ring Here [PHOTO]

The Spears family has a wedding to plan, but it's unfortunately not Britney's. B.Spears' "baby" sister, Jamie Lynn, is the new bride-to-be! The 21-year old actress/singer shared the news of her engagement to boyfriend Jamie Watson, 30, when she tweeted an Instagram picture on Saturday, as noted by E! News. Enthusiastically captioned ""Guesssss what??????," the picture shows the two "Jamies" embracing as Spears displays her dazzling ring finger (shown below).

Jamie Lynn next proudly tweeted a second picture, focusing in on her stunning engagement ring, with the hashtag "he did good."

Jamie Lynn and Jamie have been dating now for 3 years, and according to US Weekly, this will be Spears' second engagement and first marriage. Her prior engagement was to her "baby daddy" Casey Aldrige.

The Nickelodeon star made even bigger headlines than her sister when back in 2007 the then 16-year-old Jamie Lynn revealed that she was pregnant with Aldrige's baby. This came as shocking news to America, who had not yet been exposed to the MTV show "16 and Pregnant." Spears' pregnancy caused much controversy, as the Kid's Choice Award winner's real life conflicted with the role that she played on TV as innocent teenager "Zoey Brooks" in her hit show Zoey 101. Further, her boyfriend was 18 at the time which stirred up possible "statutory rape" concerns from the public because of the 2 year age gap between the young couple, according to WIkipedia.

Nevertheless, Spears confirmed her engagement to Alridge in March of 2008, as she sported her first ring and moved into a house with her fiance where they would raise their daughter Maddie (now age 4) who was born that June. Playing "house" apparently didn't go over so well for the teenagers and their newborn, and they called off their engagement not even a year later in March 2009. Their final break-up came in 2010.

Spears began dating her new businessman boyfriend and current fiance, Watson, shortly after her split with Aldrige. The New York Post reported back in January that the younger Spears has been trying to kick off a country-music career and lives in both her hometown of Kentwood, LA. - at Britney's mansion - and Nashville, TN.

According to her man, Jamie is a perfectionist when it comes to her music. "I asked her the other night what the hell is taking so long," Watson said. "But she's really particular about her stuff. She's trying to do it right because she knows people will be watching."

All eyes will be also be on the bride-to-be when she walks down the aisle, including big sis Brit's who called off her own engagement to Jason Trawick not too long ago. Hopefully the younger Spears sister will have a more successful marriage with Jamie than Britney did with her prior hubby K. Fed... that doomed relationship was one major "Ooops!"
