Skier Lindsey Vonn Dishes Tiger Woods Split, Gears Up For 2018 Winter Olympics Gold Medal!
The Olympic gold medalist skier, Lindsey Vonn's breakup with pro golfer Tiger Woods, has led her to focus on winning the another gold medal at the 2018 Winter Olympics and the will to empower girls through The Lindsey Vonn Foundation!
The 31-year old champ has moved along gracefully since the split and seems to be more comfortable in her own skin. The five-foot-ten beauty told Health magazine, "I feel like the odd man out sometimes, but that's even more reason to be confident, to show girls that you don't have to be a size 2 to be beautiful. Any size is beautiful as long as you're confident in yourself."
For Vonn, eating healthy, clean and having a routine is the best way to stay fit and to bounce back from a breakup. She says, "I think it's just given me more time to spend on myself. That's what happens with most breakups: You really look at yourself and figure out what makes you happy, and you also have a lot more free time. I'm focusing on my job - my skiing - and I've been working really hard. I got a new nutritionist, and I'm doing everything I can to be in shape for this season. And it's paying off." Recently, the blonde bombshell suffered a broken ankle, which has since been rehabbed and took some time off to vacation with her girlfriends.
Are the dating rumors true or not? The seven time World Cup winner admits, "Everyone assumes that it's a fact, and it's not, so I just have to laugh. I mean if you take all that stuff seriously, then you'll drive yourself crazy. So I don't take it seriously. At all."
It's official. Lindsey is back on the market and she harbors no ill-will to her ex, and supports his career even a few months after she called it quits.
US magazine reported that she was still a fan and would stay posted by, watching Woods play in Great Britain. "Yes, I want to [see him play]," and added, "I hope he does well, and I'll be watching." What a nice way to say, "Bye Felicia, to Tiger Woods!"
Lately, she's been keeping up with appearances and has been a hit on the red carpet this year at the ESPY's, Emmy's, Nickolodeons' Kid's Choice Awards and the at US Open.
It should take no time for some nice guy to snatch her up. But for now, she's doing it!
