Lamar Odom might be in a heated custody battle for his 14-year-old daughter and 11-year-old son with ex-girlfriend, Liza Morales, but he managed to fall asleep during the most recent court hearing. The Los Angeles Clippers forward and husband of reality starlet, Khloe Kardashian, asked the court to set "a reasonable child support amount to meet the actual and reasonable needs of his daughter Destiny and son Lamar Jr. Morales and Odom also had another son, Jayden, who passed away from SIDS at just over 6 months of age.

Odom argued his case in court on Tuesday morning and then waited in the hallway as lawyers tried to work out this ongoing litigation without him in New York at Manhattan Supreme Court for about an hour. The 6-foot-10 basketball player fell asleep on the hallway bench as he waited. Eventually, a court officer came walked over to Odom and woke him up by asking, "Excuse me, are you okay?" Odom said yes to which the officer responded, "I need you to sit up." Lamar sat up and rested his sleepy head on his hand. He blamed his fatigue on "jet lag."

This rough custody battle started back in 2010 when Odom sued Morales over child support, Custody, and visitation disputes. The former couple dated for 12 years before Odom ended up with reality star Khloe Kardashian. Morales has accused the NBA player of having a 2-year affair during their relationship, which ended in 2010. She also says that Odom "hardly ever" comes to visit his children ever since he married Kardashian. In regards to his relationship with the reality star, Morales says:

"How could the man who'd constantly given me reason after reason for why we couldn't get married just yet now be ready to tie the knot so quickly?"
