Kandi Burruss, Todd Tucker in Legal Trouble? Feds Learn Apollo Nida's Property at their Home
Could Kandi Burruss and her husband, Todd Tucker be in legal trouble? MStars News has learned that the feds discovered where Apollo Nida has been keeping his property...at the Tucker's home!
If you were watching the Real Housewives of Atlanta on Sunday then you probably remember when Burruss and Nida's wife, Phaedra Parks had a girl chat where she revealed that the feds have been asking her where her husband's belongings were. She also asked Burruss what did her own husband, Todd Tucker do with Nida's things.
Parks seemed to be upset that her former friend was helping out Nida, a felon. "Well let me tell you what really tripped me out, when a stranger came up to me in the grocery store and said, 'I want to buy some of Apollo's stuff that is sitting up in Kandi's property.' When I'm like, 'Huh! What do you mean?"' a frustrated Parks told Burruss.
Now it appears that Nida's property are in the hands of the feds after they knocked on the door of the Tuckers two days after the RHOA show aired.
According to TMZ, Nida owes around $2 million in restitution for money laundering and check fraud. Before he went to prison, Nida asked Tucker, Burruss' husband to keep his 2014 Ducati and Yamaha Raptor ATV in their garage. Sounds like Nida was trying to keep those two toys a secret from the feds.
Besides not having a bike to ride on when he gets out, Nida may be loosing a friendship too! MStars News wants to know, would you keep belongings of a friend, knowing that they are a convicted felon?
Todd Tucker, and Kandi Burruss just better be glad they aren't in trouble for keeping Nida's belongings for the moment. The two are gearing up for the birth of their son in January and don't need any legal issues.
