Bindi Irwin's Boyfriend Chandler Powell Speaks on 'DWTS' Season 21 Win: "You Deserve This"

Bindi Irwin truly had the support of her boyfriend, Chandler Powell, after she took home the Dancing With the Stars dancing mirror ball trophy. MStars News has learned that one of Irwin's number one fans, her beau told the DWTS winner, "you deserve this."

According to US Magazine, Powell stated via Instagram on Tuesday, Nov. 24, that he was proud of his lady and revealed that she truly worked hard with no days off.

"CONGRATULATIONS @bindisueirwin !!!!! I've never seen anyone work as hard as you have and it all paid off. Three months without taking a single day off! You deserve this:)" Powell captioned the photo above.  The two lovebirds were all smiles along with Irwin's brother as they held the winning ball.

Tuesday night, the 17-year-old and her dance partner, Derek Hough, beat runner-up Nick Carter and his dance partner, Sharna Burgess. "I am speechless," Irwin tweeted. "I can't tell you how much love I have for all of your support throughout this beautiful journey." She also posted the Instagram photo below claiming that her "life has changed."

The Season 21 champion also revealed that she was ready to get back to a normal life. "Honestly, I'm excited to get back into my khakis and be with the animals again."

We know Irwin's late father, Steve Irwin the famous "Crocodile Hunter" would've been proud to see his daughter dance and win. She obviously was thinking about her father before her big win. In the tweet below, she reflected on the last family photo she had with her father.

Irwin is also happy to be back with her boyfriend, and the rest of her family. She and Powell had a long distance relationship during the competition and only saw each other once every two months.

In a past statement, Powell said that his girl, "Bindi is crushing it and I loved seeing the whole show! I loved seeing everyone dance. I expected her to do really well but she is exceeding my expectations! I am really proud of her."
