Adele’s Bodyguard: Twitter Cannot Stop Talking About Peter van der Veen [PHOTOS]

Twitter loves Adele's bodyguard, and if you take a glance at the guy, perhaps the excitement is warranted. Peter van der Veen, the "Hello" singer's bodyguard who reportedly used to work for Lady Gaga, appears to have completely overshadowed the singer's intense media attention upon the release of her latest album, 25.

The bodyguard is reportedly a former bodybuilder from Holland. The Mirror reports that he was voted Mr. Europe back in 2005 – for obvious reasons.

Adele has been in the headlines as of late (everywhere!) for the release of her album 25. The singer also stopped by Saturday Night Live a couple of weeks back with host Matthew McConaughey and performed the single from the album, "Hello," as well as "When We Were Young."
