Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif share a close bond, even years after their breakup. The former couple, who never accepted their relationship, have always maintained their equation as a friend. However, earlier this week, Khan made fun of Kaif on TV and later, she called him and made him apologize like a good friend.

Kaif has always been quiet about her personal life when talking to the media. However, the Hong Kong actress who made her Bollywood debut with the erotic heist film Boom decided to spill the beans about every on-going rumor surrounding her personal life in an exclusive interview with GQ magazine.

Last month, Khan went to Comedy Nights With Kapil to promote his family drama film, Prem Ratan Dhan Payo, and in conversation with Kapil Sharma, he ended up making fun of his former girlfriend Kaif and even publicly said, "she was of no use to me."

Surely, this made the actress very offended and she even called him up to yell at him.

The actress was quoted by GQ magazine, via Business of Cinema, as responding to this accusation from Khan as:

"The base of my relationship with Salman was correct, it was true. Which is why we are still able to be friends. But he lives in a parallel universe, always making these jokes me publicly, which get the media really kicked. Like the comment he made on Kapil's show when he saw my pictures on a set of crackers. 'She is of no use to me!' I called him and yelled at him."

Kaif further said in the interview that she has all the right to yell at him because of the equation the two still shares. Kaif even asked Khan not to repeat such thing again in public and if possible maintain a dignified silence.

"He said, 'Okay sorry I will apologize to the media,'" Kaif added.

Kaif will soon be seen in Anurag Basu's Jagga Jasoos along with her rumoured boyfriend Ranbir Kapoor.
