New Details in Stepdaughter Rape Case Against Nicki Minaj's Brother, Jelani Maraj

Nicki Minaj's brother, Jelani Maraj allegedly raped his own stepdaughter! MStars News has learned that new details have come to light after ABC News further investigated reports of Maraj's arrest on rape charges.

The news site claimed that the singer's brother has been accused of raping a child younger than 13 a number of times between April and November. According to a Nassau County court official, the 37-year-old was called to court last week on charges for "first-degree rape, and first-degree sexual conduct against a child."

Tea Served Cold posted case details in Maraj's case that show the incident occurred back in April 2015. So why did his arrest take so long? MStars News still doesn't know those details just yet.  It could be that the assault was only just reported recently.

Thanks to his little sister, Maraj posted his $100,000 bail. Some court documents claimed that Maraj's victim was younger than 13, but more details were blocked by the judge working the case.

According to Tea Served Cold, Maraj's rape victim was his own stepdaughter. The gossip site claimed that she was raped over a period of 7 months before her mother discovered what was going on and reported the incident.

The site said: "Reportedly, this isn't his first time swimming in the kiddie pond. Reportedly, this has happened SEVERAL TIMES, one being with his stepdaughter, his WIFE'S daughter. She was allegedly raped for 7 months between April and November before her mother found out & reported it. Investigators wrote in court documents that the victim was younger than 13 and that Maraj raped the child several times. Some details in the court documents were blacked-out by a judge."

Maraj just got married back in August to Jacqueline Robinson. They tied the knot at the Coral House in Baldwin, New York.

A spokesman for the district attorney's office hasn't made any comments on the case. The "Anaconda" superstar, who turns 33-years-old on Tuesday, December 8 has also declined comments.
