Another Duggar Pregnancy: "19 Kids and Counting" Family Expecting One More for Josh and Anna Duggar
The Duggars, subject of TLC reality show "19 Kids and Counting" are expecting to add one more to their massive clan, according to People magazine.
This time it's the oldest son Josh who is getting in on the baby-making game. Josh and Anna Duggar called the news "exciting."
This isn't Josh's first foray into pregnancy. On top of having 19 siblings, Josh Duggar has two children of his own with wife, Anna. Anna told People that, unlike Josh, she comes from a small family and is excited to add more.
Josh has wanted another successful pregnancy ever since his parents lost what would have been their 20th child to a miscarriage.
"With my mom's last pregnancy there are questions and the fear of every expectant parent that this could end. There is always some sort of risk with pregnancy and you never really know," he said
Patriarch of the huge Duggar clan Jim Bob seemed particularly taken with the news that he would have a third grandson.
It is neat to see their family expanding. I remember those days when Michelle and I went from one to three because we had Josh and then we had twins," he said. It is a great start."
Anna initially thought that she was not pregnant. She took a test while the family was on a trip to Asia filming the show and it came back negative.
"I thought for sure I was pregnant and so I was a little disappointed" Anna told People, though the bad news didn't last for long.
"Two weeks later, I found out I was pregnant," she added.
The Duggars will return to television March 12 with a three-part special that documents their trip to Asia.
