Taylor Swift Fan Mail Found Unopened, Dumped in Nashville Dumpster

Nashville resident Kylee Francescan noticed something rather odd on her way to recycle newspapers behind a Nashville area elementary school, namely hundreds of unopened fan mail letters addressed to Pop-Country songstress Taylor Swift.

This stands in stark contrast to the news from yesterday that Swift visited a little girl with leukemia. Could it be that the virtually unblemished Taylor Swift actually did something that would cast her in a negative light?

Of course not, y'all. TSwift remains perfect. Apparently it was all some big mix-up.

Taylor Swift's fan mail gets delivered to a P.O. Box in the area. The mail is opened, read by Srift's management and passed on to be recycled. Somehow this batch ended up in the outgoing pile before being perused.

Swift's spokeswoman Paula Erickson said "the only explanation for any letters being unopened would be that a small batch of mail that was supposed to be delivered to Taylor was accidentally put with letters headed for the recycling center."

Even the woman who originally found the letters never thought that Swift would discard fan mail without reading it. She assumed the letters had been "stolen" and told reporters at WKRN-Nashville that she boxed up the letters thinking "Somebody needs to let Taylor know."

After learning of the mix-up, Taylor's management immediately sent a messenger to recover the letters.

What do you think? Are Taylor Swift's people guilty of tossing away the glitter-soaked, handmade devotionals of countless young girls? Or was this all one big misunderstanding?
