'Pretty Little Liars' Season 3, Episode 23 Recap: 'PLL' Season 4 Spoilers, Season Finale of ABC Family Show March 19
Season three of "Pretty Little Liars" has been a roller coaster for Spencer, Hanna, Aria and Emily. On the March 12 episode of ABC Family's hit series, the liars are on a hunt to find out what really happened to Toby. Could it be Toby isn't dead? Apparently in episode 23, (second to last episode of season 3) "I'm Your Puppet," fans may get the answer to that question.
On the second to last episode of season three, "Pretty Little Liars" provided viewers with a few more twists and turns. In "I'm Your Puppet," it looks like Spencer may have joined the "A" team. Although, she could be playing them to get some more clues.
Spencer spends the entire episode at the Radley mental institution. Spencer has, what may or may not have been a hallucination when she encounters Alison. She spends the rest of the episode trying to use a board game map to track down CeCe's Radley pass. In what may have been a dream sequence/hallucination Spencer discovers that Alison got CeCe kicked out of college. Wren tells her that he let CeCe visit Mona because she was desperate.
Aria had a tough week. She lost track of Malcom and tells Ezra that being a step mom isn't her thing. Was it "A" that took Malcom or just some other child kidnapper? Luckily Aria was able to track down the child. Either way, Aria and Ezra are going through a definite rough patch.
Hanna's mom is out of town, but that doesn't stop the drama. It turns out "A" stole the church bell and replaced it with a cheaper one, not Caleb's dad Jamie. Caleb is not happy at all with Hanna.
The big twist in this week's episode was the news Emily's mom revealed. There was another dead body found in the woods and this one appears to be Toby's. The cliffhanger leaves fans wondering whether the second body is in fact Toby's or not. What do you think?
With just one more episode left in season three, rumors have already been running rampant about season four. It turns out we may have already gotten a scoop about season four from Sasha Pieterse, who plays Alison on the show. Pretty Little Liarsss were the first to report that Pieterse tweeted Tuesday, "So today is #PrettyLittleLiars day and the first table read for our 4th season...are you all as excited as I am?"
So does this mean her Alison character will definitely be in season four? The question is, will she be in flashback scenes or the present day?
