'Dhoom 4' in Making: New Film is Going to be Called 'Dhoom Reloaded'

The fourth film in the action thriller Dhoom franchise will presumably be titled Dhoom Reloaded. Yash Raj Films has shared the official picture on Twitter, which promises that more adrenaline rush is on its way.

Yash Raj Films (YRF) offered the fans of Dhoom franchise a glimpse of their upcoming action film, Dhoom Reloaded on December 17, 2015. Not only did the studio released the picture but also unveiled a video. At first, every fan of the series thought that this is the teaser trailer of the upcoming film but instead this video is a medley of all the earlier three films from the Dhoom franchise.

According to BoxOfficeMojo, Dhoom was directed by Sanjay Gadhvi and the film went on to make $245,756. In 2006, Dhoom 2 was released which starred Hrithik Roshan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan in the lead roles, and it earned a whopping $2.6 million dollars. The third part in the series, Dhoom 3, was released in 2013 starring Aamir Khan and earned over $8 million.

Dhoom Reloaded will be directed by Vijay Krishna Acharya, who directed Dhoom 3. According to NDTV Movies, there are rumours that the film will have an assemble cast of Roshan and Amitabh Bachchan. The film will also star Abhishek Bachchan, who played the role of ACP Jai Dixit in all the three parts. Mstars News earlier reported that Bahubali actor Prabhas was approached by Acharya and YRF team to play the main antagonist of the film. However, when it was asked to Acharya about Prabhas and Amitabh Bachchan, he reportedly said that they don't have such plans at this moment.

The post from YRF declares that Dhoom 4 is coming soon and speculations have been high on if Roshan will join the hands of the franchise again. In Dhoom 2, Roshan played the cool con who not only is capable of robbing a running train but can also dance at the Brazil carnival. According to International Business Times, so far he has been tagged as the best villains in Dhoom series. While the buzz points towards Roshan, only time will tell who will play the role of theif in Dhoom Reloaded.
