Ne-Yo Ex-Girlfriend Jesseca White Accused Of Being A Gold-Digger, She Sues Him For Defamation

Rapper Ne-Yo's ex-girlfriend, Jesseca White filed a defamation lawsuit against him for giving false information about her and their relationship on television.

White, slammed Ne-Yo, whose real name is Shaffer Smith, for making a mockery of her calling her an "unchaste woman." Ne-Yo had spoken about his relationship with White on VH1's show titled, "Behind The Music," September 2012.

According to the court documents, she claimed that Ne-Yo portrayed a wrong image of her when he said she was an "unchaste woman who deliberately tricked [the singer] into believing he was the father of her child, Chimere, so that she could fraudulently bilk him of 'ungodly amounts of money.'"

She was pregnanat and later gave birth to a child and she named Ne-Yo as the father of her child named Chimere, in the birth certificate in 2005. But this claim of her was proved wrong when Ne-Yo took a paternity test that he passed. Aceshowbiz reported that the rapper reached a settlement with White in 2009 where he paid her $575,000 and in return she had to agree that the child was not hers. But she accuses that the comments in the VH1 show broke that agreement and she was not able to work and drew comments from people wherever she went.

The court documents say that she had told him that the child may not be his and it was she that wanted the paternity test. White has claimed that she is now called "c**t," "bi**h," "pathetic" and "gold-digging bi**h" after he went vocal on her on the TV show. She is also claiming that she lost her work as a photographer and a graphic designer, all because of his remarks. She is also seeking for unspecified damages.
