CBS' Limitless Spoilers: Bradley Cooper/Edward Morra, Jake McDorman/Brian Finch PHOTOS!

CBS releases photos from an all-new episode of Limitless, based on the popular film. Back from hiatus, in Episode 12, Brian Finch (Jake McDorman) finds himself in trouble again when Edward Morra (Bradley Cooper) makes an unexpected and unwanted reunion.

In the freshmen drama, Limitless, the Joy actor happens to be an executive producer of the series, while also reprising the role of Senator Edward Morra. In the sci-fi thriller, before moving onto the political world, Morra was a struggling writer who unlocks his brain's full potential after ingesting a drug known as NZT.

According to IGN, Edward Morra (Cooper) will become troubling presence to Brian Finch (McDorman) once again. In the entitled twelfth episode, The Assassination of Eddie Morra, Morra approaches Brian for a so-called favor. Not even the FBI knows about the secret relationship between the two men. As Morra asks for even more help, Brian will have to make a big decision about how far he's willing to go to protect him.

As we perviously mentioned, executive producer, Craig Sweeny discussed Cooper's return was always kept in mind, "Bradley really has been so committed to the show and he has every intention of coming back,. We've been talking quite a bit about how to bring him back and in what capacity. And a lot of what the pilot has set up for you is that he is this mysterious figure whose agenda is very, very unclear. You can't tell if he's good or if he's bad. Certainly, there's something going on there. The plan is that there may be people who speak for him, but Eddie will return."

CBS' Limitless returns to CBS on January 5th.
