It looks like there is a new royal fashion craze. A lot of American women are copying Kate Middleton's style, the only thing is, it's probably not what you think. Thousands of women in the US are trying to copy Middleton's royal nose. The Duchess of Cambridge has a nose many women want. A new report from the New York Daily News says the woman with the royal baby bump is the inspiration for women who are seeking a nose job. Ever since Middleton's 2011 wedding to Prince William, the craze has reached new levels with women willing to dish out a lot of money for surgery.

Dr. Thomas Romo III from Lenox Hospital in Manhattan claims the obsession is partly due to Middleton's exposure. "They are looking for a natural nose on a beautiful woman and the Duchess is in the news all the time," Dr. Romo said. "Before her, we used to get a lot of people wanting Jennifer Aniston's nose, but now Kate Middleton is everywhere and everyone admires her nose."

Dr. Romo went on to say that women want more of a "regal" look, which is why Middleton is women's new nose of choice. "Women, especially over the age of 28, want the nose of a woman who is regal, refined and strong...They certainly don't want the scooped out, over-affected, upturned, pinched nose of a pop star that you see in Seventeen magazine."

Ever since Middleton married into royalty, the Duchess of Cambridge has won the honors of having the best hair, best natural look, best wardrobe, best marriage and even best dog.

Middleton has been the focus of the media ever since news broke that she was pregnant. The latest news from the "baby bump" news cycle is a YouTube video of Middleton talking with fans. Unfortunately she didn't give any news on her baby's gender. Middleton is due in July.

Middleton almost slipped up and revealed the sex of the baby a week ago. According to US Weekly, Middleton knows the sex of the baby, but only her parents know. A source told US Weekly, "they've only told their parents."
