Dwight Howard may want to purchase some condoms – or get a vasectomy. The basketball player has been confirmed to be the father of Tiffany Render's daughter, Layla. That's right; the NBA star has more baby mama drama!

According to Bossip, Howard has found himself back in a legal battle with Render in Orange County, Florida, after she slapped him with a paternity suit earlier this year. The judge ruled quickly on the case.

Howard's baby mama claimed that the two had reached an agreement back in 2013 that the Houston Rockets star would pay her $10,000 a month in child support for their 4-year-old daughter. Things seemed to change when Howard started paying only half of their agreement. After not getting what she owed, Render filed a lawsuit to allow a judge to take over the monthly agreement.

The gossip site revealed that Howard makes $27 million a year with his basketball contract. Render said that she need the extra cash to pay for her daughter's private education, extracurricular activities and other expenses. Upset, Howard countersued and hoped the judge in their case would continue the settlement that they agreed on in 2013.

The Orange County judge made their final decision on Dec. 18, but the agreement hasn't been open to the public. Even though the final agreement wasn't revealed, it was confirmed that Howard was indeed the father of Render's daughter.

Howard now has a total of eight children. Howards baby mama, Royce Reed, is probably one you MStars News readers should know; she was a star on VH1's show, Basketball Wives Miami. Reed also claimed that Howard abused their son, which led to a huge criminal investigation.
