Lil Wayne Out of ICU, In Stable Condition

According to TMZ, Lil Wayne has been moved from the ICU and is stable condition.

The rapper, who has been in the Intensive Care Unit of Cedars-Sinai hospital in Los Angeles for the last 5 days, has been determined to be stable by doctors.

TMZ says that sources close to the rapper tell that Wayne has been moved to a "regular room" to recover from a supposed codeine overdose. The sources also divulge that Wayne is walking around the hospital and eating on his own.

Wayne was admitted for what was, reportedly, his second seizure in three days. He has had trouble with seizures in the past, suffering two last October.

It's unclear who tweeted from Weezy's account that he was "good"(it wasn't Wayne) but the rapper does appear to be doing better if TMZ is to be believed.

All of these reports are from TMZ and should be taken with a grain of salt. The notorious gossip blog has already falsely claimed that Wayne was in a medically induced coma and has been read his last rites. They also claimed that doctors pumped the rappers stomach three times, which appears to be false.

"We will be releasing an official statement shortly but dont believe the nonsense about comas and tubes to breathe...that's false!!" said Young Money president Mack Maine.

He later took to Twitter to blast the site with a hashtag that read "#F**KTMZ"

Lil Wayne's mentor Birdman tweeted "Shame on you @TMZ anything to make a couple $$."

What do you think? Is this the real deal? Has Tunechi actually recovered? Who's telling the truth about the coma, the stomach pumps, the last rites?
