Bill Cosby's prosecution has created a divide between many people, including celebrities, on whether he is guilty or innocent. While the comedian is gearing up for his upcoming trial, many people have been sounding off, voicing their disgust for the alleged crime or their support for the 78-year-old. According to Instagram, The Game has a big problem with the prosecution of Cosby. While he believes that there isn't much evidence of his crimes, other crimes, such as the death of Mike Brown, has evidence that has gone by the wayside.

The rapper posted a mini rant on Instagram citing his frustrations with how Cosby is rushed to be prosecuted while other have not with sufficient evidence. He thinks its crazy that he's being charged with an old crime while the police officer that murdered Mike Brown is a free man.

The cases of Mike Brown and Trayvon Martin were ones that divided the country. While racism is still alive and prevalent in society, the outcome of both cases caused many riots and tons of arrests from protestors demanding justice for the families of the victims.

"But Darren Wilson, who killed Mike Brown on camera, is free," the rapper voiced on his Instagram page . "George Zimmerman, who killed Trayvon Martin, is free."

The 36-year-old rapper was careful in saying that he is not calling any of Cosby's accusers liars because of the significance of rape but did throw some subtle shade.

"I'm not here to say these women are liars or not because RAPE is a huge deal & I don't wish that on any woman of any color," the rapper voiced on Instagram. "But whether or not he actually did anything we won't know because of the lack of evidence or proof."

Cosby's preliminary hearing is scheduled for January 14.
