John Krasinski's Wife Emily Blunt Hates His New Buff Body for Benghazi Movie -- But Why?

John Krasinski and Emily Blunt are an endless source of #RelationshipGoals, so even their "fights" are downright adorable: recently, the actor told Stephen Colbert that his wife hates his new body transformation for 13 Hours: The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi, where he got super buff -- but the Devil Wears Prada star would prefer to have her "doughy" hubby back!

According to People Magazine, the actor recently appeared on The Late Show to promote the new film, directed by Michael Bay, and Colbert asked how much his Golden Globe-winning wife liked the physical transformation he had to go through for the role -- and as it turns out, not a whole lot.

"She hates it," said Krasinski about his star wife. "She would way prefer to have doughy guy back."

When Colbert commented that doughy was "a strong word," Krasinski specified he meant "sweet-faced," so the late night host, ever the charmer, obviously told him he still had that sweet quality to him.

Of course, as E! Online reports, Blunt herself is no stranger to getting ultra fit for a role, as she's been in a few action films as of late, including Edge of Tomorrow and Sicario.

In fact, Blunt's action training is usually much tougher than Krasinski's, and the actor recently shared that the two train at the same gym and he saw her beating a punching bag until it broke, and all he could think was that she better not get a nightmare and do the same to him in her sleep!

Krasinski and Blunt started dating in 2008, marrying in 2010 and having their first child, a daughter by the name of Hazel, in 2014. Besides looking adorable together, the two megastars hang out with some of the biggest celebs in Hollywood, including an ongoing Christmas "feud" with Jimmy Kimmel and his wife, Molly McNearney!
