After Playboy magazine announced that it was eliminating all nudity from its publication, it's now being reported that the famed Playboy Mansion is on the market. So, if you've got $200 million to spare, why not drop on by the house and get a glimpse of Hugh Hefner's home. But wait, there's a catch: You can buy it, but Hef's not leaving!
That's right, the $200 million listed home can be yours if you've got the bread – and are cool with having an 89-year-old roommate.

CNN reports that Playboy Enterprises was actually the one who put the home on the market. The home is 20,000 square feet and includes 29 rooms as well as "a catering kitchen, wine cellar, home theater, gym, tennis court and swimming pool."
And yes, there's that whole cave-grotto thing.
Playboy Enterprises recently dropped a press release regarding the sale. CEO Scott Flanders said, "The Playboy Mansion has been a creative center for Hef as his residence and workplace for the past 40 years, as it will continue to be if the property is sold."
In the contract, Playboy notes that should the property be sold, Hef is allowed to remain a resident there for the rest of his life.
So, any takers?
Playboy magazine recently dropped their last nude issue with former Baywatch star Pamela Anderson appearing on the cover. The starlet has graced the cover of the famed men's magazine 14 times in the past, having first appeared way back in 1989 for the very first time. Hefner reportedly did not want anyone else to appear on the cover of the last issue but Anderson, as she apparently is the sheer represenation of what Playboy means.
