Ne-yo & Pregnant Fiancee Crystal Renay Announce Wedding Date on Instagram: 5 Week Countdown!

Bells will be ringing a lot sooner than expected for the Hollywood couple, NeYo and Crystal Renay. The R&B sensation's pregnant fiancée announced that the two have locked down a wedding date by posting pictures of the official invitations to her Instagram page. The gagger? The wedding date is only 5 weeks away! Let the countdown begin.

Ne-Yo, (Shaffer Chimere Smith) best known for his timeless hits like "So Sick" and "Miss Independent" is now ready to tie the knot. His fiancée of 5 months, Crystal Renay Williams could not contain her excitement to walk down the aisle as the future Mrs. Smith. She proudly shared with the world the official wedding date set for Feb 20, 2016. She has since deleted the invitation photo, but the Shaderoom still posted the card with details from her account.

The official invitation announcement comes as a sigh of relief for many fans who have dealt with swarming rumors that Ne-Yo and Crystal Renay are already married. In August of last year, Ne-Yo slammed the marriage rumors with a tweet clarifying that he and Crystal were engaged and not married.

In addition to the big day 5 weeks away, Ne-Yo and Crystal are expecting a baby boy whom they may plan to name Shaffer Smith Junior or "Prince SJ" based upon several Instagram posts from Crystal Renay's account.

Let's hope this beautiful union will be an everlasting one. Fans are probably a bit skeptical because throughout the couple's engagement, there were rumors circulating that Ne-Yo and Crystal Renay had broken up. Crystal was apparently photographed several times without her engagement ring on and she even went as far as deleting all pictures of Ne-Yo from her Instagram page. She later silenced the rumors by posting a photo with her ring returned to its rightful place with the caption "Still at it!"
