Outspoken UFC fighter Chael Sonnen is no stranger to getting into a verbal war. Sonnen is known more for his verbal digs than his take downs in the UFC ring. Another example of this is Sonnen recentlly calling out WWE CEO Vince McMahon on the show "UFC on Fuel." The show was doing a tale of the tape between Vince McMahon and UFC owner Dana White, after White revealed that McMahon wanted to fight the UFC head honcho at WrestleMania or in a UFC ring. Sonnen then took to his Twitter to continue there verbal beat down.
When White revealed that the 67-year-old McMahon was willing to fight him, White dismissed the idea as crazy. McMahon couldn't take the much younger (43 years old) White, could he? Sonnen doesn't think so.
Sonnen went off on McMahon on the TV show calling McMahon a "big idiot" and declaring, "Kamala the Ugandan Giant will win an Olympic gold medal in pole vault before you step into the boss' wheelhouse."
This is nothing unusual for Sonnen who talks plenty of trash before each of his matches. However, lets hope if White and McMahon were to really go head to head, White could put up a better fight than Sonnen has in his last few fights against Anderson Silva.
Sonnen took to his Twitter account @sonnench to continue the verbal assault against McMahon and the WWE. The UFC fighter first tweeted, "There's easier ways to commit suicide, Vincie-boy. Aren't you about 45 minutes from the George Washington Bridge? @wwe." He followed this up with, "Reason your guys work in a ring and not an octagon is because nobody on your roster can count to 8, you DOPE." If you think those sound like fighting words, wait until you see what Sonnen tweeted next. The fighter later said on Twitter, "Just because your teeth are fake that don't mean they can't get PUNCHED OUT, y'big mark!" Sonnen continued, this time trying out his comedic content, which he may need if he gets beat by Jon Jones at his April 27 fight at "UFC 159." "Itd be entertaining to see Dana sweep him under the rug. He could use the one on top of Vince's head."
Believe it or not, Sonnen was still tweeting, seemingly having all day to go on Twitter. Maybe the UFC fighter should be spending that time training for his upcoming fight? Sonnen continued saying, "You'd be so punch drunk against Dana even your straight edge Champion @cmpunk will feel tipsy." Now that Sonnen called out an actual WWE wrestler, CM Punk, he proposed a tag team match that may just be his best idea yet. "Ill help you out and tag along because you can't spell box office without S-O-N-N-E-N. how bout it? Vince w/ Punk vs Dana w/ Chael P?"
So what do you think? Would you like to see Dana White and Chael Sonnen against Vince McMahon and CM Punk in a tag team match?
