Make LeBron James angry and you'll likely find yourself sending baskets of tasty treats with kind little notes attached begging for forgiveness. That is, if you're an opponent on the basketball court. Just ask the Philadelphis 76ers, who James lit up for 37-points in the Cleveland Cavaliers victory on Sunday, thanks, in large, to his friend anger. And an unflattering tweet.
Unsurprisingly, James shot well from the field on Sunday. However, up until December 29 his shooting touch was a little, well, un-James-like. There was a tweet with the statistics to prove it.

Since then (the tweets date of publication), however, James has done a complete 180. He's shooting 43 percent on his 3-pointers, and nearly 58-percent from the floor, that according to Yahoo! Sports. A far cry from the unflattering figures above.
On Sunday night, LeBron talked with Chris Haynes of Cleveland.com about the big night, as well as the tweet that sparked his hot streak. And while he didn't cite it as the direct reason for the shooting resurgence, he did suggest it played a roll.
"I actually saw [it] on my Instagram feed that I was the worst-shooting player in the NBA," James said. "I actually saw that when I woke up from a nap. I remember exactly when that was. Denver. Right before the Denver game, so I answered the call."
"I've played in a lot of big games in my career. I've seen it all and I've always just tried to stay even-keel," James continued. "They look at me as the leader of this team and I have to be that way all year round. They needed me a lot tonight and I was able to come through."
There you have it. James is basically the NBA's Hulk.
