On Wednesday, a billboard on Battleground Avenue in Greensboro, North Carolina, garnered a lot of attention for displaying the retaliation message of a scorned wife against her cheating husband. The sign was from "Jennifer" who got the billboard to tell the cheating "Michael" that she knew about him and "Jessica." But some reports are saying that the advertisement was actually a marketing ploy by a local frozen yogurt and dessert bar, Yo Daddy.

The billboard in question read:

"Michael- GPS Tracker - $250, Nikon Camera with zoom lens - $1600, Catching my LYING HUSBAND and buying this billboard with our investment account - Priceless. Tell Jessica you're moving in! - Jennifer."

Pretty funny, right? But just one day later, another billboard popped up, displaying another message. This time it was for "Jessica":

"Jessica - Meet me at Yodaddy's at 7:00 p.m. for some wine therapy -Jennifer."

The company that owns the billboard, Kotis Properties, also owns the frozen yogurt shop. Is this a coincidence? According to the general manager of Yo Daddy, to his knowledge, the dessert bar has no ties to this billboard. Also, the billboard company's representative, Chad Tucker, took to Facebook, saying: "We cannot comment on the billboard content right now. We have asked the sponsor for a statement based on your inquiry."

What do you think?

In February of last year, a similar billboard had caught a lot of attention. In this instance "Emily" called out her cheating husband "Steven." It read:

"Hi Steven, Do I have your attention now? I know all about her, you dirty, sneaky, immoral, unfaithful, poorly-endowed slimeball. Everything's caught on tape. You (soon-to-be-ex) Wife, Emily. P.S. I paid for this billboard on OUR joint bank account."

The same discussion on the message's validity emerged.
