Fifty Shades of Black star Marlon Wayans is being released this coming Jan. 29. The highly-anticipated film has been tagged with a red band trailer for it's obsene and sexual content.
Moviefone reveals, "This 'outrageous comedy' parody stars Wayans as Mr. Black, but it also features Kali Hawk, Mike Epps, Andrew Bachelor, Affion Crockett and Jane Seymour, Fred Willard, and Florence Henderson.
"Yes, Mrs. Brady signed up for a movie where a stripper f--ks a woman pregnant right on stage."
Keeping on course with the niche that works best for him, the talented Wayans produced his version and based the parody on the popular book/film, 50 Shades of Grey. He also co-wrote the script with Rick Alvarez and director Michael Tiddes, who worked with the pair on the 2013 comedy, A Haunted House and sequel A Haunted House 2.
Wayans told Entertainment Weekly, "I don't look at these movies like spoofs, as much as comedic remixes. I just approach it as its own original movie, with its own plot and its own characters, and just take them through a similar journey. I just find the jokes where the dramas didn't. It's kind of like what Kanye [West] does to old soul music; I just remix it for this generation, for people that want to see comedies."
The comedian then added, "It's not so much, 'Hey, if you didn't see it, you're not going to enjoy the movie.' If you've seen it you may enjoy certain parts a little bit more, but I'm trying to make this for everybody to enjoy. Everybody who's ever been in a relationship, or ever had sex, or been in these similar situations – or not – they can enjoy it."
Shockya reported, "Open Road Films is set to release Fifty Shades of Black on over 2000 screens a week after the soundtrack's debut, on January 29. The album, which is being released by IM Global Music, was curated by top music supervisors Format entertainment and IM Global Music. The 10-track record will be available for download on iTunes and Amazon, and can currently be pre-ordered on the latter internet-based retailer."
