Pricess Kate Middleton, Duchess of Cambridge's Sister, Pippa Middleton With James Matthews?

Sister to Kate Middleton, the Duchess of Cambridge, Pippa Middleton is off the market and back with former boyfriend James Matthews. After a split with ex-beau Nico Jackson in October, Pippa has rekindled a relationship with the businessman (Matthews) and was spotted with the him at St. Barts for the New Year celebration.

The 32-year-old and her previous and most recent ex, Jackson, have been estranged for some time since he relocated to Geneva, Switzerland, for work. And People says about Jackson and Middleton, "They were last publicly seen together in September, when they were spotted showing PDA during a night out in London." 

Lately, Matthews has been the lucky one, spending a lot of time with the socialite beauty. The publication also reported, "On Dec. 2, Matthews joined Middleton, Prince William and Carole Middleton for a festive holiday concert that raised money for one of William and Prince Harry's favorite charities, the Henry van Strabenzee Memorial Fund."

Apparently, mama Middleton approves of her younger daughter dating the millionaire alumni of the prestigious school, Eton.

The businessman boyfriend's background is unquestionable, as he's no stranger to Europe's elite community. Not only is Matthews the owner of Eden Rock Capital Management, he's also the son of David and Jane Matthews of Eden Rock Resort in St. Barts, and the older brother of reality star Spencer Matthews of Made In Chelsea.

The Sun revealed that the relationship is going full speed ahead since the couple is currently living together and reported, "Pippa spends most of her time at his house and keeps her car, clothes and toothbrush there. They've tested living together and all seems to have gone well. Pippa and her brother James still have their flat in Chelsea, which their parents bought, as a bolthole. But as she was spending so much time at James's it made sense to keep stuff there."
