When FOX announced that divas Nicki Minaj and Mariah Carey would be joining the judges panel on season 12 of "American Idol" there had to be concerns that there could be some serious diva demands. Which singer did you think would be the bigger diva? According to reports, Nicki Minaj is the biggest diva on the set of "American Idol" not "Glitter" singer Mariah Carey. So what are the "Super Bass" singer's demands?

According to sources who talked with Radar Online, Nicki comes with a huge entourage and the 30-year-old singer is rude to others on set. That's not all, Nicki also reportedly refuses to take pictures with others. However, according to Radar Online's source, the worst part may be Nicki's tardiness.

The source told Radar Online, "Nicki has ALWAYS been late. Even back during the audition phases she showed up anywhere from an hour or two past call time, pushing all of the auditions back and angering the other judges."

Fans got a first hand glimpse of Nicki's tardiness when she was late for the Wednesday, March 13 live episode of "Idol." Ryan Seacrest blamed the incident to traffic, but if she can't show up on time for a live taping of "American Idol," I'm guessing there is some validity to what Radar Online's source is saying.

The source tells the gossip site that Nicki held up auditions during Hollywood week more than two hours. "After the lunch break one day everyone was waiting to audition and the judges all showed up together two and a half hours late and it was because of Nicki," said the source. "All of the families had to wait outside the holding room, so they didn't know what was going on that whole time until Nicki and her entourage finally showed up. She never showed up before 11 a.m."
