Kelly Osbourne Seizure: 'Fashion Police' Co-Host and Daughter of Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne Returns to E! Show, Out of Hospital, Joan Rivers Tweets Excitement

That didn't take long. 28-year-old "Fashion Police" co-host and daughter of Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne, Kelly Osbourne, returned to her hosting duties just days after suffering a seizure. Following a two week absence from the show, Osbourne returned to tapings Thursday, sparking fellow host Joan Rivers to Tweet out in excitement. What is going on in Hollywood lately with the seizures? First Lil Wayne and now Kelly Osbourne. At least both seem to be back and better than ever.

Osbourne was checked into the hospital back on March 7 in what must have been a frightening experience for her and the Osbourne family. Kelly tweeted on March 10, "My life is now like an episode of House = the impending fight against death and the look of fear in everyones faces!"  Kelly was released from the hospital March 12 and given the okay to return to work on "Fashion Police" March 20. Kelly was also sure to thank the staff at the hospital when she tweeted, "Thank you to all the Doctors Nurses Medical Staff & Employees @CedarsSinai Hospital for fixing me enough to go home its so nice to bein bed!"

Osbourne told the audience on Thursday, "I'm glad I'm back," before getting a round of applause from fans in attendance. Joan Rivers also tweeted her excitement at Kelly's return. The comedian tweeted, "Welcome back Kelly!!! THRILLED to have my darling @MissKellyO back on set at @e_FashionPolice. XOXO." Rivers added the picture of herself and Kelly on set (below).

A representative told E! News that doctors have "no conclusive results" for what caused Osbourne's seizures, but it likely is a one time issue. Kelly's representatives told E!, "She is looking forward to returning to 'Fashion Police' this week and getting back to business and life as usual."

It's good to see Kelly back to work and looking as healthy as ever. It has been a scary few weeks in Hollywood with the episodes of seizures involving Kelly Osbourne and rapper Lil Wayne.
