Lindsay Lohan Clubbing [PHOTOS]: Hours After Court Hearing and Rehab Sentence 'Mean Girls' Star Still Drinking, Partying With Boyfriend Avi Snow

26-year-old Lindsay Lohan was just sentenced to 90 days in rehab and reportedly hit up the bar at her Beverly Hills hotel for vodka sodas just hours after the court appearance. The Mean Girls actress was also seen clubbing on Friday and Saturday nights with new boyfriend Avi Snow. The two shared a public kiss in the middle of a Santa Monica bar as Lohan continued to drink vodka. Reports say that she asked for the alcohol to be poured into carafes so as to not have any bottles on the table. Though pictures of the nights, specifically Saturday night's outing at a bar where Snow was performing in his band, show Lohan drinking San Pellegrino water all night.

Snow is the guitarist of the unknown indie band The City and The Sun.  He is also a New York City club promoter. This is how he met Lindsay. According to a source, though, Avi is not as wild as the Freaky Friday star.

"Avi's not a feckless party animal, he works in that industry, sure, but he's got a good head on his shoulders. He's from a solid background and doesn't get involved with the drugs scene, he doesn't even drink much... basically, he knows who he is and likes control, he could help Lindsay."

Perhaps Snow will be a good influence on Lohan as she enters her 90-day rehab sentence.

Though it appears she has been partying before going into rehab, Lohan has other plans before her May arrival in the facility. She is reportedly going to spend a week with Hollywood star Charlie Sheen before rehab. Mstarz recently covered this story. Here is an excerpt:

An insider told the New York Post of Lohan's retreats, saying: "Lindsay's pre-rehab plan? A week with Charlie Sheen in LA, then she wants to go to Brazil. I kid you not." The source also said that Lindsay will take this time to shoot her scenes for Sheen's television show, "Anger Management." The insider said, "He's a therapist, and she'll play a patient who falls in love with him."
