Jay-Z a Predator? Rapper Pens Alleged Viral Note to Wife Beyonce, States That He Wanted Her Since Age 16

Beyoncé told the world that she owes a great deal of her success to her husband Jay-Z in her February HBO documentary " Life is But A Dream," and it appears Jay-Z has gone public with his sentiments as well.

In an alleged viral note from Jay-Z to Bey, the former hustler turned rapper, husband, and now father revealed that he and Bey were talking before she was of legal age. At about 10 years her senior, Jay-Z said he had eyes on his future wife when she was just a teen, according to a blog post from Sandra Rose.

Jay (allegedly) wrote:

"The first time I laid eyes on her she was 16, I had a thought in my head, "she will be mine."

While he goes on to say that they became best friends when she was 20 years old, it is clear that Hov also credits the man he is today to his wife Beyoncé. He asks himself who he would be without her and would he still be Jay-Z.

Bey and Jay have been married for five years, tying the knot in a private ceremony at their Tribeca home in April 2008. The power couple welcomed their first child, daughter Blue Ivy Carter January 2012.
