Earlier this week, Whoopi Goldberg spoke on The View about the Jada Pinkett Smith's and Spike Lee's plans to boycott of the Academy Awards over the lack of diversity in this year's nominations. After a commercial, Fuller House cast member Candace Cameron Bure had disappeared from the set. Are the co-hosts feuding over the issue?
According to Radar Online, although Bure's exit from the show got people talking, the actress later tweeted that she hadn't been feeling well and was unable to continue working.
I left the show today b/c I didnt feel well, not because of the discussion. Saw the Doctor- low blood sugar & tested positive for fluB.

Still, her suddenly empty seat made for an awkward TV moment. During the segment, Goldberg spoke about her frustration with the lack of minorities among the Oscar nominees, and how disappointed she was that the conversation about diversity in Hollywood happens only during awards season.
Bure, a devout Christian, seemed uncomfortable with the discussion and tried cracking a joke to lighten the mood.
"Well, you know what, I talk about God, you gotta talk about these damn movies," said Goldberg. After the break, Bure had disappeared.
The New York Daily News spoke to a source close to the show who said that even if the timing seemed suspicious, Bure had, in fact, told producers she was feeling sick long before the segment. The actress and author decided to go on with the show despite being "dizzy and feeling badly," but ultimately felt she had to leave.
Goldberg, an Academy Award winner and a four-time host of the ceremony, said she believed boycotting the show was the wrong way to go, saying it would be a "slap in the face" to Chris Rock, this year's host.
