Adrienne Maloof 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' Reunion Absence after 'Secret Surrogate' Drama, 'Starting Fresh with Dignity': 'RHOBH' Season 3 Finale Recap [WATCH]

On Monday (March 25), the Season 3 finale of the hit reality series "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" aired on Bravo, followed by Part 1 of the "Reunion Special." Without giving away any of the juicy, dramatic details, Mstars does have the 411 on why reality starlet Adrienne Maloof decided NOT to appear on the reunion episode hosted by Andy Cohen. Following a bitter, ongoing feud with fellow housewife Brandi Glanville (allegedly involving Maloof's "family secret" surrounding surrogacy rumors) the 51-year-old businesswoman is finally ready to "start new and fresh and live with some dignity." Maloof will not be starring on the next season of "RHOBH."

Despite Cohan dissing Maloof for her "Reunion" absence, the reality starlet sticks by her decision. Maloof told Celebuzz  at an El Rey Theatre birthday party in LA on March 23 that she was binded under legal terms not to talk about her personal life:

"I think that Andy has to understand that [ex-husband] Paul [Nassif] and I were under a gag order from the court system, not to be able to speak about our marriage, our children, our divorce," she said. "So, therefore, since that was the whole season there wasn't really much to talk about. And knowing me being so passionate about my family and my kids, I didn't trust myself, because I have that fiery instinct and I just didn't want to take that chance."

Maloof goes on to explain that she's now "starting new and fresh and living with some dignity."

In a preview video for the "Reunion Special" released earlier this month, "Real Housewives" mastermind Andy Cohan insists that Maloof's decision to miss out on the Reunion episodes was "frustrating" for the audience - she missed an opportunity to "tell her side of the story" and clear her name of all rumors in regards to her personal life.

"Not only is she absent tonight, but she won't be on the show next season," Cohen stated in the clip, "[but] Adrienne Maloof's final act as a Housewife was NOT showing up tonight."
