Cher Selling House [PHOTO]: 'Believe' Singer Lists Venice Property, Hollywood Condo, and $45 Million Malibu Mansion, Moving to London?

Legendary singer and actress, Cher, has listed her three Los Angeles properties for sale this week, leading some to believe that the "Believe" singer is looking to move to London. The 66-year-old Oscar winner is looking to sell her Hollywood condo, her Venice beachfront home, and her Malibu mansion.

According to a source, "Right now, Cher has every property she owns on the market. The big rumor is that she's moving to London while she finds a new LA home." She has listed her Hollywood condo at $5.5 million. Meanwhile, her other two properties are getting most of the attentions.

Cher is set to sell her Venice, California, home. In 2010, the singer bought the three bedroom, three bathroom, 1,808-square foot house for $1,542,500. She is listing the house at a price of $1.89 million. According to real estate blog, Zillow:

"The house is within walking distance to shops, bars and art galleries on Venice's Main Street and Abbot Kinney Boulevard. An outdoor bamboo shower and built-in barbecue on the roof are also nice additions to the artsy-meets-chic property."

Dwarfing the Venice house is Cher's $45 million Malibu mansion. This estate is also for sale, but apparently in "secret." This 13,000-square foot home contains seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a gym, a theater and a gym, an on-site tennis court, pool, and guesthouse. The property was listed for sale in 2008 but was taken off the market soon after. In a 2010 interview with Vanity Fair, Cher said, "There's no view like it in all of Malibu. It's one of the reasons I don't sell this place. It's so big for me, but it's unbelievable."
