Rob Kardashian has been staying out of the spotlight for the last couple of years, as he has not been featured on his family's reality series, and has managed to keep a low profile on social media, but is the star about to make his comeback to KUWTK? Well, it might seem that way as there are new reports claiming that the family is about to have an intervention with the star and are hoping to have Kim Kardashian do it all while the cameras are rolling.
That's right, fans might be getting to see this incredibly difficult moment play out later this season, at least according to Radar Online, and it looks like Kim was the catalyst for the documented intervention.
"Kim thought if the intervention was filmed, Rob would be more responsive to it," an insider explained to the news site.
However, it wasn't just Kim who was masterminding the whole sit down, but instead the family, who also had a therapist there to guide them through the whole thing.
"There was a therapist to guide the family. This was coming from a place of love. Initially Kris [Jenner] was hesitant, but was desperate to do anything," the source explained, according to The Inquistr.
However, it doesn't seem that everyone in the family was there for the difficult moment, as it is being reported that some of his sisters weren't able to make it, and that some weren't so keen on the idea.

"Khloe wasn't in favor of it, but agreed to be there," the insider mentioned. "Kourtney wasn't there, and neither were Kendall and Kylie."
While the family might have had good intentions it doesn't seem Rob took so kindly to being blindsided, at least according to Life & Style.
"As soon as Rob walked in Kris' house, he realized what was about to go down and just walked right out the front door," the source explained. "He just got in his car and drove away. He refused to pick up his phone for several days, and nobody knew where he was."
