Cynthia Bailey's Husband, Peter Thomas, Facing Assault Charge for Sports One Charlotte Fight

It appears Cynthia Bailey's husband, Peter Thomas has found himself in trouble once again with his bar in Charlotte. Nope it wasn't cheating rumors this time, it was actually a fight! According to WBTV, Thomas is facing an assault charge for a fight that happened at Sports One Charlotte over the weekend. The news station claimed that court officials revealed a criminal summons was issued to The Real Housewives of Atlanta star for simple assault. The bar that was opened back in 2014 is located in a hot-spot in downtown Charlotte where fans of the show and residents go to enjoy food, drinks, music and sports.

A police report revealed that officers were called to the bar early Sunday morning around 1:25 a.m. A 45-year-old man claimed that Thomas had assaulted him inside the venue.

The report also revealed that officers spoke with an off-duty police officer and a witness to the alleged incident, and they came to the conclusion that no assault happened.

On Monday morning, however, things changed. A Mecklenburg County judge reviewed the police report and decided to issue a summons for Thomas' arrest on the charge of simple assault. So far, the summons hasn't been served.

Thomas is the owner of Sports One Charlotte. He frequently works at the bar and often times brings in celebrities including his wife, Bailey. Other Housewives stars have also spent time at the bar.

The last time Thomas was in trouble with his bar was for a video that went viral showing him allegedly kissing and touching another woman that wasn't his wife. The video put his marriage on the rocks. With this new incident, one has to wonder what Bailey is thinking about her troubled husband and her marriage.
