Brandon Link Claims Peter Thomas Assaulted Him in Bar

MStars News has learned the name of the man claiming that he was assaulted by Cynthia Bailey's husband, Peter Thomas. The alleged victim's name is Brandon Link.

MStars News previously reported that a judge issued a summons for the reality star, and Sports One Charlotte bar owner, on Monday after reviewing court documents about the incident. Thomas is facing a charge for simple assault.

Officers previously talked to an off-duty police officer and a witness to the alleged assault and determined that nothing happened for Thomas or Link to be arrested at that time. However, it now appears things have changed.

According to TMZ, Link said that he was injured when Thomas tossed him across the room inside of the bar. Link claimed that he was having a conversation with The Real Housewives of Atlanta star about renting space in Sports One Charlotte.

Link described the incident as Thomas yelling, "You think I give a f**k about your money," throwing him across the bar. Link said he sustained head injuries after hitting the corner of a table and called the police.

However, if you ask Thomas, he paints the picture as a different story. Thomas claimed that Link was crazy drunk and had to be escorted from the bar by his security team. Thomas claimed Link slipped on ice after he was outside of the venue and that's how he hit his head.

Link is claiming that he suffered a concussion, but something isn't right about the story since a Mecklenburg County judge reviewed the police report and decided to issue a summons for Thomas' arrest on simple assault.

Thomas opened his bar back in 2014. His bar is very popular with celebrities, including The Real Housewives of Atlanta, Empire castmates, and Charlotte locals.
